Contra Costa County Firefighters from Local 1230 and MDA (Fighting Muscle Disease), put on a fundraisers for Muscular Dystrophy. The fundraiser “Fill The Boot”, has been an active fundraiser since 1954, with the help of firefighters and will continue today until 3PM.  They will be at the intersection of Contra Costa and Willow Pass in Pleasant Hill. As well Treat and Clayton in Concord, and Ygnacio and North California in Walnut Creek. You can visit their website at www.MDA.org for more information on fighting muscular dystrophy.
