Students can stand and deliver

The DVC Drama Department is holding auditions on October 3 and 4 for its staging of “Stand and Deliver.” The auditions will be held in the Arena Theater. The play, which will be directed by DVC student Alex Guerra under the supervision of Beth McBrien, is about a math teacher at a high school in East Los Angeles who challenges his students to succeed academically. The play will run from December 2 to 11.
