New hate crime against gays has reached new low

In New York, an African American man raped gay men after drugging them and infecting them with HIV. Police believe the motive was hate based, but predatory charges are being considered after he used a gay dating site like Grindr or other social dating networks to lure gay men.

Anti-Homosexual crimes often involve hate motivated assaults that cause great bodily injury, or even death targeting victims who are gay or known to perform homosexual acts; such as bisexual or bi-curious men.

Some homophobic people may use homosexuals’ own interest for men against them, purposely infecting gay/bi men out of hatred and they often don’t reveal they have human immunodeficiency virus to their consenting victims.

Police have classified this as a sexual assault, though the victims had consented to have sex, but the predator failed to mention his HIV positive status; which classifies this sexual encounter as a rape and a motive to purposely infect people with a dangerous sexual virus.

Homosexual and bisexual men should be wary of who they meet, and whether that person has HIV or other STD/STI like herpes. Often people do disclose if they have sexual disease or not, but others could lie with the intention to hurt sexual minority men or women.

According to CGM, Issac Don Burk had nothing to do with for infecting gay men with HIV, but is a victim of identity theft where people used his name to perpetrate a disgusting act.

Burks is not a predator toward the gay/bi community by infecting them with HIV or other diseases, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t people who want would do harm to sexual minorities. Said Nathan James, HIV Predator News Reports Revealed as Cyberbullying Hoax, gbmnews.com

If Burk was responsible he would face several accounts of sex crimes of purposely infecting people without their knowledge, and a hate crime for conspiring and acting out to commit disgusting sexually transmitted diseases because a guy is gay or bisexual.

Diablo Valley College students who are gay or bisexual, be careful who you sleep with and ask whether he is safe from any disease, get to know the person before doing anything and avoid hookups with strangers that you suspect of being infected.
